James has been sculpting professionally for over 25 years.  Throughout the country there are over thirty of his sculptures placed publicly.  He enjoys sculpting the human figure and prides himself on making their attitude appear natural whether in motion or relaxed.  His ability to take even the most difficult pose and make it appear effortless is one of his greatest assets.  He strives to imbue his sculptures with deep emotion, spirited movement, dynamic composition and a little bit of humor.  He presently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado.
