Carl Billingsley was born in  Oklahoma City, OK in 1943.  He has recieved his MFA from University of Wisconsin-Milw. 1985 Professor of Sculpture ,UNCG & ECU from 1986 until 2014.

 

Dream of Africa is a welded steel sculpture that evokes classic forms and motifs of central African sculpture.
